Cut In Blood

I could offer you a rose
As a token of my love,
But with roses come thorns
That will slice and inject poison,
And cut cruel love hearts,
Drawn in seeping warm blood.
Carving patterns and words,
Etched into your pale skin,
Etched into your shallow soul.
It's just a game to you,
To play with my mind,
A twisted smile embraces you.
Howling at the full moon,
You change in the light,
I watch you transform;
A silent, sleeping beauty,
Turned into a vicious wolf,
Snarling, sneering at me.

this is both vicious and beautiful.
Cut if it helps, if it doesnt
then dont,
if you think you can find away
to cope other then cutting
then dont cut |

*commenting on my own poem, o dear!*
Just so you guys know, I don't cut! I used to, when I was messed up, but I took control of my depression and sorted myself out. I just get those thoughts sometimes, and that is what the poem is about.
Thanks for reading and commenting =) |
