Final Goodbye

The darkness rains heavily, a downpour upon the human soul. Swaggering about wearily as the day drags on into the night. The moon emitting its pale white glow unto the people. The soft sounds of the city, crickets in the countryside. All the poor lonesome creatures of the night and the melancholy music that strikes that one nerve…you break down in tears. How gently they dance down your cheek, glistening in the moon’s glow. Your tears for me I feel soaking into my viens as I lie beneath the earth but I beg of you, cry not for me. Shed no tear in my name, speak no remorse. Allow me to pass on without the memory of my pain and then maybe one day we’ll meet again.

Very good, try writing one poem in Iambic tetrameter, or Iambic pentameter. Or one like mine called [Missing in action] the sonnet form. Just a suggestion.bye Wes... |
