Emotions are intrusive and often times abusive,
some sneak up on you and make you feel weak,
some are joyous, while others toy with us,
some are destructive, others, productive,
emotions are exhausting.
Some hurt so bad they make my eyes sting,
and my ears ring,
my heart burns while my stomach churns,
all these emotions and nowhere to turn.
