Offering Song

Contributed by uchendu on Saturday, 21st February 2004 @ 01:15:52 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Thank you for your cross
which stands against darkness
let your selfless love inspire me
on earth to be a generous giver
and to be a generous receiver

Thank you for offering a heaven
that lightens my daily burden
fill my heart o my heart
and every living heart
with your divine peace and joy

CHORUS
Oh heavens hear me
oh angels join me
as I wallow in the act
of thanking my God

Thank you for your death
which has brought true life
Thank you for the freedom
and wisdom of your kingdom
Thank you and thank you
