Suicide
|
As you see me in the halls,
Gleaming on my face is a smile,
You see me skin deep,
That’s all you see and will ever know,
Is a different person,
Unwilling to comply with fashion,
You do I call friend,
Your suppose to be there till the end,
But mock me while my back is turned,
I shall give them a test,
To see if they care,
A knife from my pocket is what I will use,
Talking amongst them selves,
I make the first incision,
No heads turn and no eye glances,
So I press harder,
Surely they saw me flinch,
But sadly I was mistaken,
Drenched is my lap,
With crimson loneliness and betrayal,
They didn’t even see me fall,
From my perch and to the floor,
Will they learn from what I did,
Or will they let another,
Die in their mists?

This poem was very emotional and it touched me deeply. I often find myself thinking like this. like "would anyone really care if I died?" It's always nice to know you're not alone. If you ever want to talk I'm here. This was very beautiful and touching. I hope to see more soon. |
