Mi Vida del Sol
With eyes of love and a heart of passion…
Tis not a fashion that we meet on these circumstances…
All my chances lay odds in the gods of love
To hear of…. only you would be most thoughtful of….
To drive a stake in my heart to parade my emotions,
Uncover oceans shells and potion wells…
Reclaim your majesty’s estate in harbor hills
What sends me chills might leave you thrills.
“To know of a love as noble as the Knight,
To walk a cloud that makes the heaven so bright
To smile by day and to laugh by night
To catch a kiss in the pale moonlight….
A last toast to boast a new day is here…
With arms of love could there be no fear?
If wept was fear then shed not another tear….
Close your eyes and lay my heart to your ear…..
Restless are we locked in love, to think is it today?
To kiss a toad and make a prince be loved, so they say….
To whisper sonnets in thy ear of everlasting tunes
To make a heart be loved by porch windows and half shelled moons.
Juliet couldn’t picture better words than what is spoken,
Reach a life of your own that can’t be broken…
I’ve seem to have fallen at your ways for a heart is open,
To unleash my desires and allow the fires to burn my token.”
Pray us not that we meet again… pray us not, we not love again…
Say us that we love again…..say us that we shall meet again…
My heart is racing to make you for me another day
What can I say that makes us end in what we see…
Ohh loving enchanted beauty of mysterious appearances,
Let my name be known in all your experiences .
With no interferences will subtly be royalty in your heart?
Can love start to open what I fear could never break apart…..
Wait! Before you answer my devoted queen listen please….
For I shall write these pleas that are for your to see….
Of ocean’s ways and sunny days
With sleepless nights and countless flights.
To sandy beaches, and nectar peaches
Of endless passion to wonderful fashion
With morning hellos and night time echoes.
Now I walk in the light of warmth and conformity
No majority could praise this endless story…
To find glory would be all that I ever ask for,
With permission may I ask for your……..
Mind……. in kind do I stand in oath
To let love be something we both must hope.
With every hour you’ll wait to hear sonnets in sunsets
With no regrets all that’s kept are my deepest secrets.
Hush now my loving princess thou has captured a soul….
For now thy words whisper…… “mi vida del sol”

Goodness Jack !
I still remember your poem "It takes two to tango" which made a lasting impression on me,but this,my, oh my !!! I would tell you which parts I loved but I would have to paste your whole poem here so... so I'll just say that you write exquisite,beautiful romantic poetry.I think I don't need to add more here....~*1001*~ stars to you
