Captivated
Mesmerized
Awestruck
I thought I had trouble then.
Now words barely escape.
The sickness has taken over, and you spread the germ.
Have I been blinded?
Because all I see is you.
You’re impossible to have.
I know what it takes.
I wish I knew what you see in him.
I can’t come to those terms.
Because I’m stuck watching all you do.
Trapped deep in the recesses of my mind are the words you’ve said.
Wishing they were the words you hadn’t.
Now all I can do is wait.
Hope.
Dream.
Wish.
I could care less how long it takes.
Because one day with you, is worth 1000 waiting.

| very well written. I can sympathize with you, the girl I like has had the same boyfriend for two years, so there isn't much chance of them breaking up. It really sucks. |
