The Magic Box
I will put into the box
a doll with a cheerful face,
with pink shirt and white shoes,
excited.
I will put into the box
a soldier with a dejected face,
with dark green uniform and a worn-out cap,
defeated.
I will put into the box
a plump boss with a furious face,
with black business suit and a brown brief case,
irritated.
I will put into the box
A mother with a grateful face,
with red lips and dress matched,
pleased.
I will put into the box
a farmer with an earnest face,
with deep ripples and a generous smile,
concerned.
I will put into the box
a baby with a troubled face,
with yellow blanket around and loving parents,
confused.
I will put into the box
all the emotions on Earth,
with these faces and all the colors in the Universe,
I will never be alone.
