Question Time

Contributed by L-Dee on Sunday, 15th February 2004 @ 06:10:55 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

The sun shines but another miserable day
thinking of thee and how thee went away
My heart out cries out, each and every night
did I scare thee away, with our last fight?

As the moon summonds the day to an end
I glance out of the window, missing my friend
My heart is shadowed with hurt and fear
feel safe though, knowing thee are near

My head spins round, covered with darkness
souls very sore filled up with sadness
Question time did I do something wrong?
why do I feel this way? Normally so strong

Stars in the sky, twinkle far out in space
shall I wait for thee or leave this place?
Will thee tell me, thee’s feeling’s open and true
or will thee watch me, care for somebody new?

The owl of the night hawks his sweet song
hearts beats fast will thee’s descision take long
Need an answer before my heart breaks
precious and vulnerable it already aches
