Dreams and Regrets

Contributed by Cobalt on Sunday, 15th February 2004 @ 01:04:53 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Late at night
sometimes
I think about us.
I might
just miss you.
Maybe even
go to
reach for you.
Always pulling
back
only air.
When I
do dream
of you
I know that
I still
smile.
You still
want to
be friends with
me.
I don't
think I can.
Don't you
realize
that I
can't?
Don't you
even see
what you have
done to me?
Ask anyone of
my friends
just how
much I've
cried
and how
I've always
come running
back to you.
I want it
all back.
Don't want
to have
met you.
You only
say that
you are
sorry,
wish you
could give me
what I
want back.

Raven's Sin

This was so incredibly sad. I know the nights are hard, I can relate. You're poem really expressed how you are feeling and I enjoyed reading it. Hang in there.....Kie

Wow... that's so sad.. it's a side of you I don't think I've seen before, and I don't like it too much! Cheer up! *throws a hundred monkeys in a box and sends it to Jeff's house* Hehehe... there comes a time you just can't do some things anymore and you just have to let go. I've always had a problem with letting go, I've always gone running back to anyone and everyone that gave me the chance, regardless of how badly they may have treated me. So as much as I can, I relate to this one.

~ Moonlit
