the tears slide down my face,
as i watch hope die inside,
losing so much love and laughter,
all over one stupid lie,
losing the one thing ive worked for,
watching it curl up and die,
and i lose all hope and happiness,
as i sit and watch you cry.
it was never meant to be this way,
never thought we would live a lie,
i sit and cry, im mourning you,
watching you curl up and die.
