DAD'S FUNERAL!!

My father died 1996 in September.
The exact day, I don't remember.
His casket was white and his robe was black.
Boy, do I wish I had my daddy back.
We buried him with his Bible in his hand.
Because he was a honest man.
We dressed him so very nice.
Because he going to God's Paradise.
In heaven, is where he had to be.
Now his soul is now set free.
When my time comes around.
I will hear a loud trumpet sound.
We will all be caught up in the air.
Then I will meet my daddy there.

Reading this brought the tears rolling
No matter how long it is after they have died you never forget and are never the same person after
My mum died in 1993 and I miss her still so much there are days you wish they were there to talk to to cuddle my heart goes out to you
