one sunny love

Contributed by ladyfawn on Thursday, 12th February 2004 @ 11:31:35 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

the sun above was shining,
beneath her feet the sand,
she walked along the water,
with a flower in her hand,
he listened to her every word,
as they walked down the lane,
she talked to him of yesterdays,
when they were young and rand,
~*~
of her love she was so proud,
he told a joke, she laughed aloud,
they belonged to one another,
ever since they'd made their vows,
she walked by in his shadow,
when appeared some puffy clouds,
she gave him a cheeky curtsy,
and he graced her with a bow,
~*~
turning a path under some trees,
thats where she got on her knees,
the grave she now could see,
and as she brushed away the leaves,
flower now laid down to rest,
she whispered i love you darling,
she'd love him everlastingly,
if only his face once more she'd see...
~*~
sun above did shine again,
she wanted things to be the same
she walked into the water,
with no flower in her hand,
he listened to her every breath,
he watched her as she took each step,
she talked to him of yesterdays,
as she drowned into the depths,
~*~
the sun above was shining,
beneath their feet the sand,
they walked along the water,
with moonbeams in their hands,
he listened to her every word,
as they walked down the lanes,
they talked of love in yesterdays,
when they were live and rand.

Hey now,
this one can't b beat.
With moonbeams in their hands....

This write takes all the stain of death and turns it to endless, awesome beauty.
A masterpeice!
Ten thumbs up.
