Now your gone

Contributed by Shadow on Thursday, 12th February 2004 @ 09:42:35 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

When she left my life was done
Reality shattered like hit by a gun
Where once was heaven now lies hell
The only place I had to dwell

It hurt me when you left me sitting there
I wonder now did you even care
I fell in love now who’s to blame
Damn my heart and your sick game

I feel among the many dead
Did you even lift you head
No you didn’t even care
This pain is too much to bear

You said you loved me so I believed your lie
Now I wish to god I could die
Left alone out of place
And you’re gone without a trace

The roses I bought lay on the floor
Left outside your angelic door
I want to know did you care
Or do they still simply lie there

Beautiful piece, the imagery of roses being thrown away is so like a broken heart. Hope you're not feeling this way on Valentine's Day.
