Simply Words

There are two words not for me
Words you must and you own me
I don't own anything
Didn't ask my mom my birth to bring
And for ***** sakes who are you
To tell me what I must do?
***** the system, I refuse
To follow some stupid rules
People making bullets every day
And don't have a bread to give away
To the person dying in the street
For the world power they compete
All those guns who are they for?
For me and you to go to war?
For us to shoot or to get shot at,
While the generals sit and get fat.
You know this system makes me sick
When I see people do an ass lick
For their bosses, bunch of idiots
Do what they told, never have their own words
People walking forever doomed
They were created to be consumed

We need to live life day by day
And not to care what others say
We need to do all that we want
And not what someone else us taught

I might be crazy but at least
I see the perfect world exists
And it is here, before your eyes
You're just too blind to realize...

Wow! Interesting take, but I can see that world, too.

Excellent, that makes 2 of us already.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
