It's time to stop giving the time of day to users and abusers,
Who don't give a ***** about me,
They will see, now that I've left them,
They're always happy t'take,
But never willin' t'give,
It's much easier to ignore them,
Besides I'd only bore them,
At least that's what they say,

This paranoid city won't pull me down,
I could never be,
As cynical as you,
No it just won't do,
I take life as it comes,
And if that's just naive,
Then let me be,
'Cause I'd rather be,
Than be like you,
Oh no you haven't got a clue,
Have you?

You eat and you wanna through-up,
Because you're too full,
But y'can't,
'Cause you're so cynical,

Please don't say to me "Oh, you were so drunk last night",
'Cause it'll only end in a fight,
And I don't wanna know,
If it botheres you that much then please don't go,
At least I wasn't off my face one E!
My bed maybe empty,
But at least I don't share it with you,
Why did you do those things you did,
If you don't love me?

You go......positive write, yet the hurt in it is still visible.
