“Frankie”
Why must I call you this secret name
All my friends know who you are
Some of them do not want us to be together
I tell only who I must
Some people I can not tell
I wish that you didn’t have to be a secret
This hidden life
All the backstabbing
Too many lies for me to take in
Why must we hid what we have
You seem like you don’t want us to have a relationship together
I hide from all my friends and you hide from all your friends
There has to be an easier way then this
We spend more time defending our relationship then having one
I want us to be able to express or love for each other in an easier way
Frankie, please just stop hiding
Frankie, please stop hurting me

| Isn't it terrible to have to unwantingly live a lie? Especially when that lie is the only thing you want in the whole world! I'm not wanting to assume anything, but if the poem is what I think it's about... then good luck, because fear of being exposed is the only thing holding you back. Tell "Frankie" I said that your true friends will love you no matter what you do in the bedroom. Much love to you and your situation and remember that love can see anything through. -jason |
