One night I wound up at the wishing grounds...
gazing up to witness the falling stars,
they adourned the night sky.
A potentially granted wish
rides on the back of each star
as they fall through the atmosphere.
A long and magical trail of stardust
leaves a map of where the wish begins and ends,
beautifully honest dreams.
On this night
I made countless wishes
while my eyes captured the visual spectacle.
On these lonely nights, few and far between,
the Heaven's pour down hope,
all can see, but few believe the fantasy.
My hopes and dreams filled the sky.
They hung on these falling stars
and rode the celestial trip,
hoping to ride straight into reality.
