Heralds of Heroin
Makers of Meth
Dealers of Death
Connoisseurs of snow
And the buyers of blow
You all got to know
This **** is making you slow
All the weed
All the speed
The need to get high
You just do it
Till you die
Or you break down and cry
So you buy another dime
Cuz you know you’re out of time
So you make another rhyme
And then sit there and lie
About all of this ****
‘Oh, I’ll just take one more hit.’
And that’s…
…Its over

As an EX-regular illcit drug user, I have to say this poem hits the head of the nail, because drugs are ruining our lives, and the reason there ruining our lives and people are dying, is because its illegal. Even weed makes you skitsophrenic, there is no safe drug, but crime is only caused by illegality, so if the ***** was easy to get, people would only take drugs if they want to, and less teens would take them, because they only take ***** thats illegal because its ' cool'.
Anyway soz for ranting, a great poem, I'm fed up with all the Pro-Drug ones, and this makes a pleasent change.
Peace |

as a drug user myself trying desperately to stop,
i can completely relate to this poem.
Beautifully written as well,
I know there not worth it, an am trying to kick the habit.
The poem is increadiably truthful though.
