So far away (from good)

Contributed by Cobalt on Sunday, 8th February 2004 @ 11:59:00 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

I know I'll never know
why you couldn't stand
to stay with me.
I'd given you all I
had to give.
Well I guess I'll
never know where
that girl I loved more
than my very life went.
You said so many times
that we'd be forever.
So I guess I'll never
know why I'm standing
here alone in this
freezing rain and moonless sky
with tears streaming down my face.
Won't somebody please
help me out of this place.
Show me a way out
to something thats better.
How did I get to be here
so far away from your love.
Well I guess I'll never know...

Raven's Sin

"I wanna get outta this place...if it's the last thing I ever do"...You're probably too young to recognize those lyrics...the best way is to get back on the horse and ride again...I know, you feel like a fighter that's down and you don't want to get punched again...fight that feeling.
I loved that poem...it flows nicely, you write beautifully.

The only way to move forward is to get up one more time than you fall down... Great poem.. Love hurts sometimes..

Cheers,

If you love, deeply, without expecting anything in return, then you are indeed saved. A conscientious mind is the most powerful of God's miracles.
