Hostile tribes lived close to mission.
Soldiers' use brought tribes's submission.
They saw life's improved condition.
Life was sweeter.
Sale of mission reaped attrition
Day joys fleeter.

This is a sweet poetic piece... you have a way with words.. I love it. Please hit my song-lyrics and make comments as well as vote the poems..
