Silver Flash

Suicide

Stars streak across midnight's sky
A silver flash down below
Blade running through the future
Across and through the river of life
Currents of a soul pour out
Onto the ground they wander lost
Confusion sets in once more
Upon the doorstep of freedom
Knocking at the doors of redemption
When the last drop finds the floor
I'll pray to be greeted with a smile
In a happy place for now
The world is obsolete
Like God, I have created a new world
Fate is what we make
Life is what we take
