Do you still think about me? Did you forgive me? Do you despise me now?,
I don’t want a serious relation, stop pestering me, that’s what I told you,
It just that I got tired of your perfect act, what did you expect a kiss and a bow?,
Our relation was a simple lie, both hid our true feelings, how could I let it continue?
You took me out and saw a horror movie, told me was one of your favourites,
I knew you were lying just to please me, kept closing your eyes all the time,
Breathing over my neck every second, what did you think I am one of your puppets?
Behaved like a perfect gentleman but I knew it was all fake, I got tired of your pantomime
Still I’m sitting here in front of my laptop writing a poem and decide to dedicate it to you,
Because although I knew that what we had wasn’t true, I can’t stop feeling blue

~aww~{as tears roll down}ur poem reminded me so much of someth'n i once had with someone who i thought was special,but obviously it wasn't all that great at all,any ways GREAT work!!!!

Very good job here.
Luv your struture of diving right to the point.
Better 2 know now so u can put behind u or try again. Either way it's a great write. It shows how one juw humbles in luv at times.

| I think you cared about this person more than you realized. Sometimes people pretend to like things you do b/c they want to get close to you to know you and they don't know how to get their foot in the door. It doesn't neccesarily meen they're feelings aren't true it just meens they're intentions were misunderstood. Once they feel closer to you they usually open up and show their true selves. Everything takes time. Maybe you should give this person a 2nd chance. You never know what could happen. |
