The day dawned black through unseen clouds,
As I woke from light to darkness.
I saw the events of the night gone by,
In my mind there was nothing, but darkness.
I heard the whisper of ten thousand sceams,
In a world that knew nothing, but darkness.
I smelled the death of a wasted forever,
In a void that reeked of darkness.
I touched the hand of the one I sought,
In my pain I felt nothing, only darkness.
The night came slowly, with no rest to bare,
And as I slept,I knew,I was the dakness.
