My Birthday Present

Contributed by MariaXsoccerXrock on Thursday, 5th February 2004 @ 10:00:13 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Hey mom, dad, sis and bro
there is something you should know
tonight
for my birthday, i don't want anything
i got something for myself
it's black, didn't cost that much
but it was hard to get
and i didn't open it yet
I took the child safety lock off
because im grown up now
15 is a hard age, and i feel alone
If all of you could just tell me you
love me
one more time
it would be appreciated
I love you all too. . . so much
and i'm sorry i can't handle this world
by myself
I really do believe i was put in this world
to emphasis failure
I'm sorry i failed.

Well i talk too much and it's getting dark now

this gun blends in with the darkness
I can't see the trigger
Oh wait . . . there it is

Happy birthday to me . . .

That really hurt to read. Mostly because it's all lies.
love you all too. . . so much

If you can't handle it alone, then get help. If you love your family so much, then talk to them about your problems. If you love them, don't hurt them by taking your life.
Lies. Stop telling yourself lies, and stop listening to them. It's silly to fall down and not get up. Shooting yourself only assures yourself a long lay on the floor. NO getting up after that. Ever.
So get up, move on, and talk to your parrents.

Seeming as when I write suicidal poetry (which is very rare; I rather enjoy not being dead) I never mean it, which is why I can never take anyone else's seriously. I thought this was twistedly funny. Instead of getting pony or a bike, the kids giving him or herself a bullet to the brain. Haha! Oh, how I laugh.
