I have seen darkness dawn on the last of our days
All is lost to the beast
and bound by sanguine satyriasis
Hiding from doom and fleeing to Gehenna
the monotonous kine follow the murderous ones,
and fratricidal nations rise with machiavellian smiles
All the while weeping with self pity
their integrity lost to greed's stifling embrace
cleaving a path in desperation through this pathetic unlife
But as the sun falls, my heart sings into the electric night
And the city light swallows another king
Unnoticed as a bloody tear in moonlight.
