Surfaced Memories

Contributed by CuttersAngel on Wednesday, 4th February 2004 @ 08:17:09 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

The slightest thing can bring back the worst
I swear to god it's the ultimate curse
So many guys look the same
Always will my past be a game
I hate remembering the feeling of this
Never again will life be bliss
I hate remembering the things he did
And now for eternity my past is hid
I hate remembering the pain he caused
Alone in my room at night I sobbed
I hate re- feeling the pain he made me feel
All of this is all too real
He finally leaves but the scars remain
And never again will I be the same
I finally realize but it's far too late
Now I must live with this horrid mistake
Three years spent trapt in this hell
My feelings were always his to steal
Four months later and little has changed
I'm no longer a victim in this suicidal game
I still hold loyalty but not enough
He never really was that tough.

You are so right he isnt tough, but you survived and got out I know the feeling because that was me too. I have a great friend that helped me to get out it is so much easier to do it when you have someone to stand by your side. So let some on in and don't be afraid to lean on them when you need to Good Luck!!

Ahh this was so sad I can relate to the first line especailly. The imagery was really good although disturbing. I hope u can learn to trust again and can find someone deserving of your love.
