Can't make you love me,
no matter how hard I try.
Can't make you see,
the reason why I cry...
If only you could understand,
the way I feel inside.
If only you could see,
why I always want to hide...
Can't make you love me,
the way I want you to.
Can't make you feel
the way that I do...
I feel so empty,
just staring at the wall.
Wishing someone would visit,
hoping someone will call...
Can't make you love,
Can't make you care...
Can't make you notice
If I'm not even there...
