Lifepoems

A blank canvas on which to paint a thought and I wait,
Nothing, but the veer of stomach wrenching wait for occupancy
This way and that, and a cigarette later,
in wait for the sight of deliverance around a corner
passing, passing and passing aplenty
the crime lays unsullied, as the moments,
they pass.
