He sits there not knowing
Not knowing where life is going
Or how long he has left to live.
Not knowing what he has to give
He sits there not knowing,
Not knowing what is wrong
Or for how much longer he has to be strong
He sits there not knowing.
Not knowing why,
Or even if he's going to die.
He sits there, he knows nothing.
