Shadows surround you
Cold and dark
The pain's unbearable
It breaks your heart

Every single day
You try to break through
It hurts so much
You don't know what to do

You come into this world
With a pure soul
But then the pain comes
And the darkness takes hold

You try and try
With all your might
The only thing you want
Is to enter the light

Your all alone
There's no one there
No one to love
And no one to care

pretty good for a dark poem im a light walker but nicely written
