Someone Else

Contributed by pooja on Monday, 2nd February 2004 @ 11:52:33 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

You sing just another love song
To right the things that always go wrong
You croon away in the moon light for me
When I know all along it cannot me
Can't remember why we came together
Don't know why I never knew its not gonna last forever
But with every single fight it becomes more clear
I can no longer live in this lurking fear
Of losin this something ,we never really had
And strangely I don't even feel sad
I always knew this story never had an ending
And deep down even you know you are pretending
So lets face the facts and blow away the covers
You and I -never really were lovers
What brought us together we'll never know
But now atleast lets be sure of what we should do
So lets drift apart without any tearful goodbies
Coz in the end atleast lets not burden ourselves with lies
And there must be a sun waiting for you somewhere near the horizon
There must be one for me too ; only a different one
And someday I believe we'll find love that's true
Someone for me and someone else for you.
