An Endless Life

Suicide
|
The blood seeped from her open wounds,
Resembling her life they had a start and an end.
Two straight lines that ended her pain,
Onto the white cotton sheets,
The red made a stain.
Spreading like a plague,
The white turned to red,
So red was the color of her endless blood.
The look on her face told them all,
Of the pain she had felt,
Deep within her heart.
Hours later she continues to lay,
As the sun turns to night, ending the day.
No one knows of her troubles,
The music plays loud,
No one will check her until she is high atop the blackest cloud.
There is blood on both sides,
The white is now red,
She lay there in pain,
Knowing she’s dead.
What will she do now that she has left this world so untrue?
Will she ever find happiness,
Within the red that conquered her bed?
