Selfish

Blood falls from your fingertips
Cut me deeper as we bleed
Smile at me as you give me pain
Laugh into cold air as you take what I need
Splatter to the pavement
Your selfish will be done
Beautiful as you stand there
Ugly always won
Wet me with gasoline
Fumes that hold your desire
Strike that match with vengeance
Fuel your angered fire
Watch me burning
Dance once I've scattered to the wind
I'll remember you walking away
And I'll remember your selfish grin
Blood falls from your fingertips
You can taste my smile
I've been running from you
Yet waiting all the while
You have taken from me
Never my will to repay
Tomorrow's awful reality
And my broken body struggles through today
