Go Away Tomorrow

Tomorrow, please just go away,
I wanted the day after,
Or yesterday,
Or the day before, the day before,
My mouth is dry and my eyes are sore,
Tomorrow please just go away,
Unless you’ll give me a decent day
Tomorrows are always so meaningless
“Tomorrow my love I’ll be there”
She waits by the shore
With a worn out old score
And a black ribbon in her hair.
But tomorrow never brought
What he promised,
Tomorrow, the unfulfilled dream
Tomorrow is the day I
Never, ever want to have foreseen.
