How can you change
The way you are
From the way you used to be

That look in your eyes
A smile so bright
Was it all just for me

I look at you now
You are somebody else
Tell me why did you change

I want you back
The way it used to be
And not feel so strange

But is it over now
Between you and I
Is there nothing I can do

To bring back that smile
Take you out of denial
And make you say – I love you
