All alone in a world of darkness and depression.
Longing for happiness is like a small obsession.
In a foggy world and where nothing clears.
Rolling down your face, an endless stream of tears.

All alone you think you are.
Wishing on that bright new star.
Wishing someone will come along.
Help you out and make you strong.
Help you know that it soon clears.
And make you end your stream of tears.
