A.W. was my long time boyfriend
I stayed with him until the end
He had cancer in his brain
I don't think he was in much pain
I wish this life he didn't have to part
I will always love him with all my heart
Now I don't know what to do
Because I'm feeling so very blue
But I have to stay so very strong
Or I won't live very long
God is my strength and my light
I know that I'll be alright
He has always been there for me
I know he will set my soul free

Your poem made me cry. Life always takes those who will be the most missed. I pray for you. For your strength, for your mending. Death leaves a gap in hearts that takes along time to fill. He is watching over you. Stay strong. i am so sorry.
