Grief

I cannot decide if good or bad
He tells me so, but to me a foe I see
All glamour and looks
So needy and dry
So plain and sharp, excited am I
At youth and anger , so confused am I
Alone and claustrophobic
But bitter and sweet
I need him not, or so I thought
A friend for laughs, a soul for keeps
Can I keep the wanted from her?
One cannot, one will not
She had him once, so hurt and free
This I cannot believe
The time will come when all will bond
But jealous I'm not....
