Baptized in Blood

Contributed by subnet_spider on Thursday, 29th January 2004 @ 06:31:40 AM in AEST
Topic: war

Now we stand alone in here
Dawn is closing,
Darkness near.
Sounds of screaming in the night,
We have got no fear to fight.

And as we draw our mighty swords
We all speak the sacred words:
We stand here now to fight for freedom
To fight for what is right.
Our enemies blind from their own ignorance
We will baptize them in their own blood
We cannot die, we are immortal
Cause they are wrong and we are right
Our blood is boiling for some action
We will baptize them in their own blood
Our flesh is strong, faith even stronger
The battle’s closing, as we make our last thud
We say out loud - we cannot wait no longer
We will baptize them in their own blood

The battle drew
The sun collapsed
The war cries loud
The metal banged
The sounds of death
And sounds of pain
The smell of blood
We can’t refrain

Blood is boiling
Enemy is running
They cannot run,
There’s no surviving.
Only winners will stand tall
In this battle
They’ll all fall…

Now we stand alone in here
Sun is rising,
Morning near.
Blood is dripping from our swords
No one left from enemies hoards…
