they say they'll be your friend
all the way to the very end
but that is never true
they will always betray you
if you never give out your trust
if you never go after that crush
then you'll never hurt again
all you have is Christ in the end
he will never hurt you
no matter what you do
he will never betray you
after asking him to see you through
hes always there to talk and stay
no matter what the time of day
so give to him your love and trust
hes the only one that cares about all of us
