Disavowl's Birth

Contributed by Silviaplath on Tuesday, 27th January 2004 @ 04:07:54 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

I have wanted for so long dear
to torment you.
To lob at you,
everything I behold.
There have been nights upon nights
that I have longed to seal those insipid lips
with a vile kiss,
upon which you entreat me
with your anguish.
When you suffer so
it amuses me
more than you’ll ever know dear.
I have longed to slash you with a fine knife
and eye each tear of seeping woe
from your brittle body.
You dear,
the man I spitefully abhor,
but endear.
I cannot question these ever-fickle desires,
however much they stream upon me like two clashing opponents—
I must not break.
I must continue to peak above the tempestuous waters,
while in turn,
I float upon your dead body.
The buoyancy of your dead body dear,
holds me higher than you’ll ever know.
You no longer may bewail upon me,
nor snarl at my spry waters.
Now I may fondle you
free of fear that you may wake.
I may pierce your eyes with austere glares
and say many times
that I love you,
while my mind’s whimsical reverie
mimics such dulcet words back unto me
through your inert relic.
For you are dead now
and my dainty, alluring hands
have done the killing.
But do not worry so,
for your body will always keep me company
when no one else shall.
We have been quite intimate since your death
I must say.
Isn’t it ironic that it must end this way?
Quite so dear.
But Ah,
your body reeks a most unbearable malodor
and I have already made love to you
four times since your leave.
But you must know my dear…
those lips are mighty tasteful now.

Holy crap. That was so demented and twisted. I really enjoyed it. Nicely done.
