With a tear in her eye
and an ache in her heart
she takes to the streets pushing her rusty grocery cart.
The coat she wears barely keeps out the cold,
a hot cup of tea she wishes to hold.
People walk bye her
children just stare.
Shes cold,tired and hungry
yet no one seems to care..
