kiss me goodbye i'd rather die right now than fade away
this couldn't possibly be all thats left of me now
i'm so hopeful for something better right now
praying as my world crumbles before me
the touch of your lips as they depart from mine
we are alone just tell me that we're fine
i need to know that the sound of your voice was not a memory
like the sun engulfing the city in flames you have taken me in
im falling now, this ground crumbles and
i am comfortable in chaos
i listen to how you say you love me ,
im dying here
but if you'll stay i will fade away with you

Dear fallensilence, I like your nickname. There is something rather startling about a fallen silence.
This poem is good,...expresses a strange mix of despair and hope,..... which is so human of mankind.
