Take away the smiling face
And the satin and lace
All thats left is me.
I'm not one to bow down
But I tend to favor a frown
This is what I am.
Though this may seem to be about you
There are other things that make me blue
Few others could make me feel like this.
To be happy and sad at the same time
Joy and grief run a very thin line
I feel so much at once.
You will always be in my heart
Even if you are there tearing it apart

Nice write. Very interesting. It was good. In the end all there ever is is just the person. The rest doesn't matter anyways. |
