Blind

Contributed by InnerBeautyQueen on Sunday, 25th January 2004 @ 06:22:38 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

I scream every hour
I feel this worlds strain
Yet no one can heal
My unceasing pain

A thousand knives slide into me
But no one pulls them out
I can see their smiling faces
No one hears me shout

Why will tomorrow
Be like today
Why wont anyone
Just make it change

There is no knight
In shining armour
No dragon
That hell slay

There is no one
To save my soul
They all just
Fade away

I fall in the crowd
I walk with the crowd
We each commit
The same crimes

Tell me, Oh dreamer
Full of sweet sorrow
Am I the only
Not blind?
