Merging into shadow
Spread thin over sky,
Until tears show
And auroras die.
An earthquake strikes,
The great final scene
A slash straight through
The advanced silver screen
He wears a black cloak,
Held with a slug
Tyrants role past
On thrones, looking smug.
This is the return,
Of brown crumpled pages,
Those left un-burnt
Reach these dark ages.

Dark poetry is not my cup of tea, but this is very good.
Well done |
