Dead Emotion

Contributed by Breezer08 on Saturday, 24th January 2004 @ 05:54:47 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

So many words that I could say
So many emotions that come day by day
Why is this so hard for me?
It use to come so easily.
Saying "I love you" and so much more
Now I can't help but shut my door
To try and hind my tears of pain
When will this dragon ever be slain?
My soul is mangled and my hearts a mess
Is this some kind of a test?
Why are you doing this to my heart?
Do you just like tearing it apart?
Saying "I love you" and so much more
It use to come easily before
I hate these emotions so I can't stay!
So now, in a pool of my own blood, I lay.
Look what you did
While trying to keep your love hide
But now its to late
You have brought me my fate
No thanks for setting me free
All I wanted is for "us" to be
Where will I go from here?
Heaven doesn't want me and Hell is in fear
What will I do from this day on?
Will I be tortured for eternity and beyond?
Why couldn't you just have loved me?
Now, my spirit, is all you'll ever see.
Now you'll have to take your token
And feel the wrath of my dead emotion.

i am still trying to forget, he haunts my dreams still... this was amazing, the last 4 - 7 lines really took my breath away. 'Heaven doesn't want me and Hell is in fear' i read this line a few times. fantastic!

Good write and I'm busy trying to relate to it. Hard to just 'shut the door' though. I enjoyed this one.
