Sadly I walk away
wishing this was day was different
As I look through the pages of this life
I realize this is me so it cannot be!
I turn back once more before
shutting the door on love completely
I cry inside
as my soul again dies a thousand deaths
sadly I walk away once more
this is my life
that i do Abhor!

| Aww cheer up... Your making me sad:( Very good though... Great choice of words... "Sadly, pages of this life, shutting the door, Cry inside, dies a thousand deaths." You paint the picture wonderfully but the title hate life could it be hate being in love? Or if you could tell us what happen in the poem? Bad boyfriend, fired form job, bad parents? You know what i mean. It's so good I want more...... Smile this is great poetry..... |
