I hear the lonely moan of the ghost train
the loneseome whistle howling
in the pouring rain here the rattle
of steel upon the tracks clicky clack clicky clack.
Ding ding ding warning bells rails coming down
why didnt they see them then the crashing
all around haunting in this rainstorm
still I can hear screaming in the night
though the train isn't there.
Chills running along my spine
each and every time I near those tracks
clicky clack whooooooooo hooooooooo
I hear its lonesome moan coming near me.
The ghost train that I nolonger see
I still hear its lonesome moan
crying in the night drowning out the thunder
on this dismal winter night.
The ghost train
